The unit is newly renovated since hurricane Maria. Enjoy the pool, deck with comfortable tables and chairs outside the unit and the ocean view from the Bistro chairs. The unit has new furniture solely for the purpose of your comfort. Also the apts are solely for the renters. Please no extra guests. NO CHILDREN UNDER 16. This includes no pool guests. NO animals 1 car per apartment. The apt is a short walk to the Beach.Check in after 3pm. Checkout 11:30 am NO SMOKING IN THE APT. OUTSIDE PLEASE.

If you want to spend a few days of rest near the beach (5 minutes walking and 1 minute by car to Sandy Beach) and close to places of interest. A very quiet and relaxing place. WiFi Internet, cable TV, equipped kitchen, towels, A/C and more. Balcony outside to have a cup of coffee or just contemplate nature, with screens to avoid mosquitoes. Our home offers private parking, full kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. We have a generator and backup water reserve! We also have a spacious back deck where you can watch the ocean and star gaze! We will only allow staying guests on property. No visitors, large gatherings or parties.
