Villa Marija

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Apartment is situated on great location, with a fabulous seaview from all the rooms. Walking distance to the center, Old Town, shops, restaurants and public transport (bus stop and ferry port). Just stairs to the promenade, sailing school, City beach and small grocery shop with fresh fruit, vegetable and pastries. Completly equipped: A/C, SMART TV, Wi-Fi, Dish washer, Laundry. Consists of living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom and a small terrace with seaview.

The apartment contains two bedrooms, kitchen with cooking equipment, bathroom and toilet. Apartment On the Sunny Side is just 10 minutes walk from the old town Korčula and 3 min from the beach. Restaurants and all points of interest are at walking distance. The apartment is in central location but you can still enjoy quiet and private time on your own terrace. If coming by car or renting a scooter, there is private parking for guests in front of the house.
