The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the iconic Chateau Royale complex with all its complementary benefits. Luca, has European beach charm, from Hand Plastered finishes to brass tap ware and soft french linen in the bedrooms.

Literally across the road from the beach, and so close to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. The tram is a couple of minutes walk allowing you to quickly get around the Coast, or if you are driving we have a dedicated carpark. *** Note foyer of resort is being renovated Sept - Dec 2025 but does not affect apartment enjoyment or use of facilities.

Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.
