Profitez du confort du cottage, pour vous réunir entre amis ou en famille grâce aux 2 pièces à vivre avec un poêle dans chaque pièce, et de 4 chambres doubles. Espace jardin avec barbecue et table extérieure. Laissez vous charmer par ce cottage en pierre et bois. Fêtes de fin d’année ainsi que vacances de février réservation minimum 1 semaine. Draps non fournis.

Maison atypique située en pleine nature entre bois et garrigue. Exposée plein sud avec un bel ensoleillement , une belle vue , le silence , et un ciel étoilé. Toutes les conditions pour se ressourcer au calme. Elle est seulement à 1,5 km du village (marché.restaurant). Très bonne connexion wifi. Vous pourrez aussitôt partir sur les nombreux chemin de randonnées. Dans les environs 3 lacs pour la baignade et les gorges de l’Aude ( canoë kayak raft ). Bars, restaurants ,grande surface à 8 km.

This gîte has a gorgeous private garden with views of the distant Pyrénées. This stunning glass fronted gîte comes with it's own terrace where you can soak up the sun. It has a summer kitchen, perfect for outdoor dining. Inside you'll find an open-planned space equipped with modern kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are two double bedrooms - one separate with views of the garden and countryside, the other on a mezzanine level, please note that there is a low beam in this area.

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Enjoy a taste of the exotic at this newly renovated, pretty pavilion tucked away in the heart of the Aude valley. Relax in the privacy of your very own riverside garden! Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

Charmante accomodatie in een authentiek gerestaureerde woning, gelegen in een van de mooiste bergdorpjes in Frankrijk. Evon ligt op 800 meter hoogte en geniet van een typisch mediterraans klimaat. Vanuit Evol zijn er vele wandelingen te maken, warmwaterbronnen ontdekken of de adembenemende Gorges de la Caransa zijn allemaal in de buurt, het Middeleeuwse Ville franche de Conflent met zijn gezellige boetiekjes en restaurantjes is ook op 15 minuutjes rijden vanuit Evol.

Rue de la Poste: friendly village tranquility

3 rue de la poste, Vignevielle is our holiday home in France. It is a beautiful old building that we have made into a small, simple home for the holidays. The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. La gargouille des corbières Cuve à vin habitable

La gargouille est un gîte insolite, rénové dans une ancienne petite cave viticole au beau milieu des Corbières à l'extrémité d'un vieux village de 30 habitants; en pleine nature sur 5000 m² de terrain exposé sud donnant sur la garrigue d'où partent de nombreux sentiers de randonnées. La bâtisse est composée d'une ancienne cave viticole et d'une ancienne bergerie habité par les propriétaires. Les deux parties sont complètement indépendantes.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.

Gîte au milieu des vignes

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
