The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston. The Look-Out has close access to everything!!. It is 300 feet to the beach, (The Sea Horse Grill is at the end of the street). With stunning views of the coast, the jetties, the stars and the stars at night, you can stand on the spacious deck and "Look-Out" and see everything Surfside has to offer.
