In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. It consits of 3 modernly furnished mobile homes, just a few minutes walking distance to the beach and Punat town center. The mobile homes are for 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on the couch in the living area. There is a common swimming pool available with a sun deck where guests can relax and enjoy the summer holiday.

In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.
