Rangitahi Paradise

Let us share our dream with you! Our home has recently been completed and offers stylish and open plan living with water access 30m away. Watch the children paddle board and swim whilst you relax on our large deck overlooking the peaceful estuary at Rangitahi. A walking track in front of the house meanders through the development and passes The Hut cafe 100m up the road. The laid back vibe of Raglan town is a short 20 minute walk away which is filled with trendy shops, cafes and restaurants.

The Gazebo

The Gazebo is a unique small space at the end of the Raglan harbour. Privately sited on a small farm founded on permaculture principles, The Gazebo features native timber, a mezzanine relaxation platform, and unique indoor-outdoor living spaces. With an outdoor galley kitchen and gas-heated shower among the magnolias, you will have all the comforts of home while being brought into the outdoors. The private outdoor bath overlooking the sunset across the harbour is a stand-out feature.

Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

It has it's own deck, and offers ocean and bush views, with a short walk to the foreshore, to Whale Bay, and Indicators surf breaks. A short farm walk gives access to the estuary for kayaking when the tide is in. (kayak's supplied). A 5-minute drive to Raglan township and harbor swimming and 10 minutes to main ocean beach.
