Includes fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, & full size futon. There’s a pavilion, boat house & fire pit for your enjoyment down at the lake. There’s a public launch ramp 2 minutes down the road & Lake Fork golf course is just 1/2 mile away. We also have kayaks & SUP’s for rent.

The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match.

There is a small bedroom and connecting bath with full size shower. There is a pond behind the house that makes for a tranquil spot. You will have to the property to yourself.

The land has three ponds which are all great for fishing or caneoing. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. This place is beautiful and great for multiple familes or big groups.
