The Cabin at Painted Canyon Homestead This serene cabin is situated at the mouth of a canyon overlooking Morongo Valley, where the high desert meets the San Gorgonio & San Jacinto Mountains. As the guest house on our property of 5 acres, the cabin is privately located bordering vast public lands. Wander the property, hike the canyon trail, or take in the changing light from the wood-fired hot tub (or use it with fresh cold water!). Perfectly suited for two with plenty of extra space to explore.

Our pools and backyard are clothing-optional so you can enjoy them without a bathing suit along with us. Our Guest house features the amazing stained glass work of Gunter Zedler. The Casita has a private entrance looking out over the extra large salt water swimming pool with mountain views. Air conditioned unit with full bath, queen bed, small fridge, microwave and Keurig. We provide a wide variety of pool toys to help you relax by the pool in this private retreat. Grab your book, lay on a chaise lounge chair and enjoy the peaceful patio. Please note the pool is not heated.

1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Mother in law house inside Indian Palms Country Club. Festivals literally across the street. Country club does have pools, spas, tennis courts, a gym and a restaurant, Shopping is close by. Indian Wells Tennis Gardens 15 minutes away, Fantasy Springs Casino 7 minutes away, and The Spa and Casino is 20 minutes away. The casita has its own entrance , and central heat / air.

We are 15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs in the summer. Our back area stays at around 70 degrees in the winter. This was a cattleman's bunkhouse at the turn of the century and is located on the San Jacinto/Santa Rosa National Monument. It borders with the San Bernardino National Forest and is across the highway from hiking and equestrian trails.
