No bathroom in unit! Self-check in. Directions are sent the morning of arrival. If your unit requires a passcode, that will be sent upon booking. No WIFI

Cozy Apartment Minutes from Downtown w/Fenced Yard

This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. Western-Style apartment with off-street parking

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

This space has soaring ceilings, private uncovered parking, all the amenities of home and is clean and well-cared for. Harriet & Oak is just around the corner (in the same building) and offers a great selection of coffee and food. Close to everything with easy access to tourist sights and main highways.
