Zaovine 27 is a holiday house of 91 m2, completely renovated in 2024 perfect for 2 families. It has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 larger room with 4 single beds), bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen. Outside are large terrace and specious back yard. It is located in a quiet part of the village within 1,6km walking distance from Zaovine lake ideal for swimming and fishing. House is surrounded with numerous hiking and biking trails. Two MTB are free for guests to use.

Villa Aleksandra Tara Sekulić

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is ideal for a longer stay,the house also has a ground floor with a kitchen and a bathroom, so the house can accommodate 9 people. The house also has a large summer house with a barbecue. Nearby there is a shop and 2 restaurants (the possibility of ordering meals) There are also the most beautiful viewpoints nearby. Lake Zaovine and Mitrovac are located a few kilometers away, and at 25 km Mokra Gora. You are welcome!

Holiday House NEVEN

Holiday House “NEVEN” is located in village Zaovine on Tara mountain, near small lake Spajici and just 1km from big lake Zaovine, which is one of the most beautiful lakes in Serbia. Our holiday house has living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and two balcony’s. One room is with king size bed and other room is with two classic beds which also has balcony view. In living room there is sofa bed. There are 5 small lakes in Zaovine and they all have super clean water with different fish.

Our eco house is spread over three levels and a total of 300 m², and can comfortably host up to 8-10 people, with an extra bed for small children. 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sauna Billiards Home cinema Darts Arcade game PS5 console Bang & Olufsen Fully equipped kitchen with high-end Miele appliances, a dining room, a living room and a large terrace that leads directly to the pool. Our guests sleep on very comfortable Italian mattresses, and the furniture is extremely soft and comfortable.

Our holiday house is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Bajina Basta. It's just few minutes of walk from famous Drina river house and it is close to center of Bajina Basta, but without city noise where you can enjoy in peaceful nature. We have living room with equiped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi and big sofa bed. There is also spacious bedroom with queen bed and sofa bed. Big yard with newly built open summer house and barbecue will let you spend amazing time outside the house.

On the first floor it has a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with breathtaking view on the mountains. Upstairs 4 small bedrooms are situated. It has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. It is a mixture of comfort and tradition.

Konak Mandica avlija is located in the village of Zaovine,on Tara mountain,near the Zaovine lake. It has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and one double room on the ground floor. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms and a toilet. Everything is fully equipped, In the living room is a TV set with a satellite Total TV channel package. In the end is central heating.
