Luxury Seaview Apartment

Willkommen in unseren charmantem Apartment! Wir bieten insgesamt sechs Einheiten an, die je nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben werden. Zwei dieser Apartments befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügen über eine Terrasse. Die vier anderen Apartments liegen im Obergeschoss und haben einen Balkon. Der Meerblick variiert leicht je nach Apartment, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und Ihnen einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Costa-Bella**** apartman uz more okružen zelenilom

Apartman Costa-Bella je smješten u mirnom dijelu Rijeke. Nalazi se u privatnoj kući koja je smještena na samom moru sa izlazom na plažu te na šetalište koje se proteže od Bivia do Preluka. Gosti imaju osigurano zatvoreno parkiralište. Do apartmana se dolazi vrtnom stazom dugačkom 60 m koja ima šezdesetak stepenica. Apartman ima 40 m2 i natkrivenu terasu veličine 15 m2. Posjetite nas i uživajte okruženi zelenilom na prostranoj terasi uz šum mora i pogled na Opatijsku rivijeru i kvarnerske otoke.

Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Forest Dream Apartment

Welcome to our modern island studio, a haven of relaxation in a tranquil village. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, the thoughtfully decorated space merges contemporary style with natural charm. The highlight is the stunning terrace with forest and sea views—ideal for morning coffee or starlit evenings. The studio's 8-10 minutes' walk from a beautiful beach, offering sun-soaked days. Venture onto nearby hiking trails or explore the rest of nature and beaches the island has to offer.

Villa obitelji Dušati smještena je nadomak mora, sa svojom ponudom iznajmljivanja apartmana nudi odmor prožet prirodom i tišinom. Sa svojim brojnim specifičnostima zadovoljiti će sve vaše zahtjeve za idealnim odmorom. Na ograđenom posjedu nalaze se dvije kuće i mjesta za parkiranje. U svakoj kući su po dva apartmana s osiguranim jednim parkirnim mjestom po apartmanu. Apartman Maria je moderno ureden i opremljen svim potrebnim uredjaima i aparatima.

Bellevue studio

Studio apartment with the balcony facing the sea front, beautiful panoramic view and the sea view from the bed. Studio is part of the Bellevue house. In the garden there is a grill. Parking free in front of the house. Nice and easy walk to the sea, or even longer walks by the sea.Nice, cristal clear sea water , shoes for swimming good to have. Labin is about 13 km. away. Interesting is the old town, on tuesday evening, free guided tour.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
