The main accent is on outdoor space dominated by the pool with barbecue, dining and lounge area. On its own enclosed garden with a lovely lawn the guests can enjoy a number of Mediterranean aromatic plants and numerous floral species. For your kid’s entertainment, there is a small playground.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Mehr Blick geht nicht. Dieses Apartment 1 im Erdgeschoß hat eine große Terrasse mit eigenem kleinem Garten. Ein toller 14m Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die anderen Apartments im Obergeschoß haben eine 90m² große Dachterrasse.

Das Haus Lilli liegt in der Gemeinde Razanac Zum Sandstrand Ljubac sind es 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Und zum Stein und Kiesstrand Razanac sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto Zur Wunderschönen Altstadt Zadar sind es 10 Kilometer. Studio Appartement - 55m² Platz für Max 2 Personen. Im Garten befindet sich unser Herzstück des Hauses der Pool und die Weinlaube. Kamingrill zur freien Benützung.

The house is located in Podvršje (Ražanac)- 3 km away from Ljubač sandy beach. It is small village only 18 km away from historical town of Zadar. Perfect for family or group of friends.
