Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This apartment is on the last, 3rd floor of the house and has a beautiful open sea view from the big balcony where you can sit, have your lunch and just enjoy the view. The beach is only 20 meters away from the house, a minute walk. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a extendable couch in the living room. Second, smaller bedroom has exit to the balcony. It also has 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV, AC and ceiling fan. One parking space included.

Nestled among olive trees on a hillside, it is just a 3-minute drive (12 minute walk) from the main road and the nearest beach. With its traditional green shutters—a true symbol of Dalmatian heritage—the house captures the timeless spirit of the region. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers complete tranquility, complemented by breathtaking sunsets each evening.

Holiday house above Split with peaceful holiday retreat. House offers privacy and intimacy with breathtaking panoramic view. The house is build a month ago, set on 600 m2 (outdoor) with a beautiful garden, sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and amazing view of the sea and Split and a big swimming pool. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Yet the house is surrounded on all sides by panoramic countryside views and has just one villa neighbour.

Šibenik and Split are less than one hour away. Furthermore, there are Trogir and National Park Krka near by, so Jarebinjak is a great place to position yourself on a vacation.
