Based in central Windsor with private parking, the property is an ideal place for a staycation. Mess about on the river (boating, paddle boarding, swimming) or visit the many beauty spots in the area. A self-contained two-storey flat within our historic country house, in a peaceful location yet only 2km from central Oxford: the best of both worlds. A huge bedroom on the first floor with charming views over the orchard; go up its own small winding staircase to a sitting room with dining area, a small kitchen (with fridge, cooker, microwave and toaster) and private bathroom (with shower over the bath). Occasional extra guests can stay in the two sofa beds, for a charge of £20 per bed per night

The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

If you come by train from London, we are walking distance from the station (as well as supermarkets).

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.
