A beautiful cottage with uninterrupted views of the harbour and out to sea. It is right in the heart of the village and just a few minutes from the pubs, cafes and gift shops. Once home to a platoon of guards whose job was to lookout for smugglers but now our "happy place" somewhere to unwind, laugh and recharge the batteries. Watch the ever changing sea view, calm waters or rough seas can be enjoyed from the large bay window or sat on the patio

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.
