Home away from Home Private 1 Bedroom Suite

This one bedroom suite is air conditioned private and separate from main house. Located just outside the city and 14 minutes drive to the airport, and city centre, only 20 minute drive to northern beaches. Peaceful suite that is attached to the main house where we live, but completely private, with your own entrance. The spacious and fresh bedroom with tropical herb garden and fully tiled ensuite bathroom. The Room is perfect for a couples getaway, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Kuranda, home to the Indigenous Djabugay people is tucked away within an ancient Rainforest. Jum Rum Place is located only 1.6km from the Kuranda village, North Queensland backing onto Jum Rum Creek Conservation Park where there are numerous species of birds, Striped possums, Suger Gliders, Pademelons with abundance of butterflies including the Ulysses and Cairns Bird Wing. The beautiful Jum Rum Creek Walking Track is close by which takes you into the Kuranda Village, only a 15 minute walk.

My 3 bed room home is in a safe , quiet cul-de-sac in the leafy green suburb of Freshwater. My home provides for three double beds in seperate bedrooms and a rollaway single trundle bed for a 7th guest., The allotment is large and private, and tropically landscaped. There are caretakers living on site in a completely separate apartment, accessed from the lower yard. They are very discrete but can be called upon in an emergency if the need arrises.
