Our house welcomes guests. Solely used for rental purposes. It contains all household luxuries without the clutter of a hosts personal belongings. It’s your own luxury Lake Merritt Hotel. Large 4+ bedroom 3 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full all in separate rooms! There are eight elegant rooms consisting four bedrooms, laundry, full dining and living rooms, modern kitchen, 2 1/2 baths. We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, fixtures, linens, and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. In the Inner Richmond, two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a Superhost since I started hosting, 14 years ago.
