Vila Petra - Family apartment for 4 at Lake Bled

Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Die Axter Hütte, die eigentlich ein Chalet ist, liegt in leicht erreichbarer Alleinlage in Reichenfels im schönen Lavanttal in Kärnten auf 1330 m Seehöhe und ist hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für entspannte Skitouren und Wanderungen. Das Skigebiet Obdach ist ca 20 Minuten, das Skigebiet Klippitztörl ca 30 Minuten und das Skigebiet Koralpe ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Ferienhaus "Strickerl" ist an einem der schönsten Wanderorte der Welt gelegen, im Salzkammergut. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Die Alleinlage machen unser Chalet mit einer Flasche Wein aus dem hauseigenen Weinkeller zu etwas ganz Besonderen. Im Winter laden die Gebiete Kreischberg, Grebenzen und Lachtal zum Schifahren ein. Im Sommer sind Wanderungen und der Besuch der Bezirkshauptstadt Murau zu empfehlen.

Eintauchen in die Natur, Kraft tanken und Ruhe genießen. Ihre Wohnung ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar und befindet sich in einer ruhiger Lage, ohne Trubel und Lärm. Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele, direkt am Weg zum Lugauer. Für ihre Kinder ist genug Platz um zu Spielen , Tiere streicheln und beobachten. Zum Entspannen haben sie am Waldesrand Sitzgelegenheiten und Platz zum Grillen.

In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
