Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. More information at hvv.de Cars can be parked right in front of the door.

Der Bahnhof Halstenbek mit kostenlosen P+R Parkplatz ist ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Flughafen ist mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Herzlich Willkommen in meinem Studio mit separatem Eingang. Es erwartet euch eine gut ausgestattete Pantryküche mit einem Essplatz für 2 Personen. Vom Boxspring Bett habt ihr den Blick in den Garten. Das Duschbad ist neu renoviert. Ihr erreicht fußläufig die Bus Stationen in der Frohmestrasse . Dort sind auch alle Geschäfte, Post und Restaurants. Die Abfahrt der A 7 , Schnelsen , ist um die Ecke. Euch erwartet eine helle und schön eingerichtete Einligerwohnung mit 2 Einzelbetten, Bad, Kochzeile und einem seperaten Eingang. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Sackgassenendlage. Die Wohnung hat 20qm und wir wohnen direkt nebenan .Zu Fuß braucht man ca 25min (1,7 km) zum Quickborner Bahnhof. .Euch stehen aber auch zwei Fahrräder kostenlos zu Verfügung.

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.

Bahnfahrt in die City 25 Minuten.
