The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs (no wheelchair access). Kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer and juicer. Guest are free to use the big garden by the house. The apartment is within walking distance from a swimming pool (Vesturbæjarlaug), coffee shop (Kaffihús Vesturbæjar), and the famous bakery, Brauð&co. It’s also close to a beautiful walking path (Ægissíða) along the sea. The flight bus stops close by. Buses nr. 11 and 15 stop right outside. Free parking right out side the building. Downstairs there is a bathroom with a large bathtub and shower, kitchen, a living-room with a dining area and a large window facing south towards Hallgrimskirkja, the main Reykjavik landmark. The bedroom is upstairs along with a balcony providing excellent view to the south over the city centre.

Nice apartment located 10 km from downtown Reykjavík with a free parking.. Swimming pool near by, grocery shops, gas station and good walking trails by the sea with a view over Viðey. Museum and galleries near by also. The apartment is on a fifth floor and in the building are 38 apartments with all kinds of neighbors so this is not a party house. I meet my guests to let them have the key.
