So ist mein Design-60qm-Penthouse-Appartement sowohl mit Kunstwerken als auch mit Pflanzen und einem großen Aquarium ausgestattet und steht Euch komplett zur Verfügung. Es ist sauber, hell, ruhig, verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der üppig bepflanzte Ost Balkon mit freiem Blick ist ideal fürs Frühstück oder laue Abende. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Markise und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden.

Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

Note: There is no kitchen, which makes the space perfect for short stays. A microwave is available in the room. The stairwell is shared with other apartments, the entire attic floor is private for your stay.
