We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Chic holiday home located in the heart of Aubterre-sur-Dronne, voted one of 'The Most Beautiful Villages of France'. Modern, light and airy, the house comes with a heated pool, large gas BBQ & table tennis table. Quaint restaurants, bistros & boutiques are on your doorstep in the village square. A short walk down the hill brings you to the river beach with its many amenities - including cafe/bar, tennis courts, canoe & kayak centre, children's play area and beach of course (10-15 minute walk).

Située à moins de 500m du centre ville de Ribérac, proche toutes commodités (banques, Proxy, docteurs, cinéma, piscine municipale, Médiathèque, marché, boulangerie, boucherie, primeur etc...). Supermarchés ( Leclerc, Intermarché, Lidl) à environ 2 km. Grand marché, tous les vendredis sur la place principale en face de l'Office du Tourisme; marché des producteurs les mardis matin.

Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Launderette facilities available in the village.
