Hardwood floors, skylight, queen bed, cozy seating, dining table, closet, kitchen, tub/shower, and heater. As the studio is part of the main home, it’s best suited for naturally quiet guests who keep device and general noise very low. Water use (shower, kitchen, sinks) between 9am–11:30pm; toilet anytime. No visitors.

Modern, comfy, newly-rebuilt studio in the lower level of our Kensington home is a peaceful home base for exploring the Bay Area. Neighborhood is close to U.C. Berkeley, Tilden Park, Memorial Stadium and the Greek. It's an easy drive/ride to San Francisco and Oakland, and there's plenty to see and do close by. Village shops and a cafe are a (hilly) walk away, and larger stores are convenient to reach. Tennis, basketball courts and walking trail are down the street.
