The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. Feast your eyes on this awesome and unobstructed view of the West Elks mountain range and Grand Mesa from our big front porch! The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area, and a second living area downstairs. Outside you’ll find a patio with fire pit where you can sit around a campfire and enjoy the incredible view of Needle Rock and surrounding mountains. We also offer an RV site with full hookup.

Great 3 bedroom in River Park!

Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.
