Welkom in onze **** sterren vakantiewoning “Susserdel“ in Kanne (B) . Onze woning bevindt zich aan de voet van het natuurgebied "De Tiendeberg". Met een prachtig uitzicht op het water en de brug. Centrum Maastricht is op enkele km. In de lente 2026 komt er op 1 km in Eben-Emael een hangbrug over het Albertkanaal . E. fietsen te huur bij Fietsen Souvereyns in Riemst. Vele wandel en fietsroutes vanuit Kanne en omgeving. En we hebben een heerlijk zonneterras waar u helemaal tot rust komt.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze charmevolle vakantiewoning in het mergeldorp Kanne (Riemst) nabij historische steden Maastricht, Tongeren en Luik. De ideale uitvalsbasis om al wandelend of fietsend te genieten bij het Albertkanaal, in de mergelgrotten of in de groene heuvels. Woning met 3 gezellig ingerichte slaapkamers, een moderne badkamer met inloopdouche, keuken met alle faciliteiten en fijne leefruimte. Ideaal voor koppels of gezinnen met oudere kinderen (+12j). Huisdieren niet toegelaten.

De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.
