It is the only 864 sq ft end unit with ocean view balcony and lots of windows to let the light in! Oh, and has a actual kitchen with a full size fridge and dishwasher. Located near the end of the road there is almost no traffic, no streetlights and no sidewalks. Redwoods tower above, home to hawks, owls and woodpeckers. Shopping, restaurants and Niscene Marks State Park 5 minutes away.

There are two restaurants 3 blocks from our house, both have views of the ocean and outdoor seating. The suite has a bedroom with a king size bed and closet; also a private bathroom and den. Den is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, flat screen RokuTV, and microwave. Patio has gas fire pit, small deck, waterfall feature, & hot tub.
