The Ivy House - A Dash of Paradise

Host will meet you to give you the door code and a tour of the property. Entire house w/ a park-like backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining, sun room, & washer/dryer. Home is close to Rio Rancho, Presbyterian Medical Center, Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Intel, HP, and Rio Rancho Event Center. Pets are welcome for a fee ($50 per pet) * Pets must be with the owner while outside *Pets not allowed on the furniture or beds * Pet waste must be picked up

Each room is fully equipped, 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Dining room plus kitchen bar seats 8 for meals. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, serving, and dining. Adjoined to our larger adobe main house, this charming little home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, classic Spanish tilework, wood burning fireplace, and a stunning loft where the sunrise over the Sandia Mountains can wake you each morning. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

Modern, Peaceful Home in Rio Rancho

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)

Guest access Entire house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, a full bed, and another full bed. Office spaces in two of the rooms. High speed wifi with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and a ps5. With an oasis of a backyard.

Walking distance from galleries, restaurants, wineries/breweries and located between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, Corrales' pastoral charm provides the perfect getaway from the day's activities. Over 1600 sq ft with private enclosed yard, the historic Bridge House has a New Mexican appeal all its own with adobe walls, beamed ceilings and modern updates to provide the best of both worlds.

This Corrales casita is minutes to town but set back in the quiet, small farm community of Corrales. We are located on the popular corrales acequia (waterway) which you can walk/bike to the farmers market, bistros, wineries, breweries, shops and the Rio Grande Bosque and river. Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.
