Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Amphitheatre Premium Apartment, Harbour Seaview

Next to the Arena (local name for Roman Amphitheatre) is the apartment I grew up in. It has been in my family for generations and you are welcome to enjoy it. If what defines a value of an apartment is location, location, location – this is a gem that really hits Pula’s sweet spot. Staying here makes you a next-door neighbor to the Pula and Istria signature attraction. The apartment features 2 aircon. bedrooms, brand-new kitchen, spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms

villa Dalia Rabac, private pool

Modern and new, villa Dalia is ideal for family vacation! Decorated in modern style, it offers comfortable and unique spaces. Nearby the villa there are apartments primarily intended for family vacations, thus creating an atmosphere of harmony. Living space: 150 m2. Half of the house is for rent, i.e. the right side (looking from the sea). The owner lives on the left side. The pool and terraces are available exclusively to guests.

This apartment is child-friendly. Parking is free. Magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea, overlooking nearby islands. This property is managed by my lovely mom - Viola (Violeta). Viola will do her best to address any concerns you might have, and guide you through your pleasant and joyful stay in our house. The beaches are about 2 - 4 km away. Having a vehicle is advisable

This apartment is completely renovated. It became very comfortable for up to 6 persons on 104 m2 of inside space and another 70 m2 of covered terrace with a beautiful sea view. For Your additional relaxation You can enjoy at small indoor sauna and outdoor whirpool surrounded with lemon and orange trees. You will experience eastern coast of Istria in another way!

Cozy apartment w/ balcony at seafront (2-4 people)

The 29 sqm big apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of the house directly on the waterfront. Since 2023 the apartment has air conditioning. It has a separate entrance and offers the most amazing view over the ocean. The balcony is shared with another guest. The hostess speaks English, German, Italian and Croatian.

Well Equipped Charming Istrian Cottage

House Edi is a charming Istrian stone house built with a lot of care for a perfect vacation or remote working. This is a private house with one rental unit. It sleeps 6 people in 4 beds (2 double and 2 single beds). You will be pleasantly surprised how relaxing, well equipped and comfortable our house is!

This is one of our 4 apartments in the Lavanda house located in Rabac, a jewel with it's own gulf inside the gulf of Kvarner. The house hosted a remarkable number of tourists during the last 2.5 decades and it is still as young and handsome as ever.
