Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

Our chalet is based in the busy village of Kinlochleven with many visitors every year passing through on the West Highland Way. We are in an ideal location for people that love to explore the outdoors with many mountain walks and outdoor activities nearby. We have a shared driveway where you can park a vehicle, fast WiFi and are situated in a very quiet area. We will provide teas, coffees, milk along with shampoo and soap. We have a drying room for any wet equipment from walking in the rain.

The Little House is a charming self contained cottage standing in its own grounds surrounded by its garden. The beach is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are plenty of local walks and many more further afield. The Little House is surrounded by farm land, with sheep and cows grazing. The entrance is through a gate and there is ample parking. Schoolhouse cottage has gorgeous views of the sea and mountains and is wonderfully located for exploring the highlands. We welcome guests with small to medium dogs, but if you wish to bring a dog do not use instant booking - please get in touch with us beforehand. At the Schoolhouse you can enjoy the flexibility of a whole cottage, but for short stays of 2 nights or longer in the winter and 3 nights or longer the rest of the year.
