Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. Luxury accommodation on a working Dartmoor hill farm, sited in a little paddock close to the farmstead, adjacent to the open moorland, with lovely views of Dartmoor & beyond. Hill walking, a gentle stroll, wild swimming & pure relaxation all accessible without having to get into your car. Each hut is fully self contained with a double bed, seating, kitchen area, shower, toilet & a wood burner for those cosy evenings. Outside there will be a fire pit, bbq, seating & star gazing opportunities!!

Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
