Pretty cottage for 5 people, on country estate in South Devon, with indoor pool open all year and heated outdoor pool open end of May until September, a gym, tennis court, fishing lake, walled garden, games room & play area in 28 acres of land to enjoy. Beaches of Bigbury Bay, Thurleston, Bantham & Hope Cove & the towns of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Salcombe nearby. Furry friends welcome & safe in enclosed private courtyard. Children are very welcome, also great for a romantic couple's getaway.

A lovely attached cottage, own private garden, parking space, shared use of the main house gardens and pool looking out to sea in the heart of the South Hams. A beautiful historic house renovated with cool retro decor, super-fast WiFi, hardwired TV with Netflix in a cosy sitting room. As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Well equipped 'eat in' kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with fresh linen and towels.

We are situated on a working farm approximately 6 miles from Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge and just 15 minutes from the coast. Garden Cottage is a cosy one bedroom unit with access to a large indoor heated swimming pool, children's play area and plenty of room to explore and walk, the Old Inn at Halwell is a mile away along a green lane. The cottage has a well equipt kitchen There is a lounge diner. One large family room with king size bed, single bed and two fold out chair beds.

Comfortable 6-birth caravan just a 10 minute walk away from Dawlish Warren Beach and local ameneties. The caravan itself is very spacious with an electric fireplace, gas central heating and full kitchen. Situated in Dawlish Warren, there is plenty to do nearby, from dog walks or the adventure park for children. There is also an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse on the caravan site, so something to do for everyone!
