A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

The flat is in walking distance to the town centre, Rowley Mile race course and Tattersalls. The July race course is about 20 minutes walk but there is a free bus Shuttle which leaves from the bus stop in the High St 2 hours before the first race. Please go to the jockey club website for more information. The flat is ten minutes from the A14, A11, 35 minutes from Stansted and is comfortable and warm. TV,wifi. No pets. Longleat

Ideal location whether you are visiting Clacton for business or leisure. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the sea front. The town centre supermarket is a 2 minute walk away and so is the town centre. There is off-road parking for 1 car. Aside from the beach, popular local amenities include the pier and arcades as well as the cinema (£3.50) and there are plenty of great local restaurants. All within easy walking distance.
