The neighborhood’s design reflects a very traditional aesthetic. The rigid grid layout of the community, coupled with their narrow width & beautiful landscaping, perpetuate a 1920’s neighborhood character. Wood Streets offer the most cohesive neighborhood design to be found in the City of Riverside.

Private Suite with a breathtaking view from the balcony, Roku TV, private bath and a kitchen with cooktop, microwave, countertop Cuisinart air fryer oven, Keurig, toaster, and full size fridge. Located north of 210 with access to all major freeway including the 15 freeway. The stand alone air system only serves the Suite. We are a 3-minute drive to Ralph’s Shopping Center which also consist of stores such as Starbucks, Wells Fargo, UPS, and Enterprise. 15 minute drive to Ontario Airport.

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.
