This is a brand new home that is clean, modern and inviting. We have an outdoor deck with seating and twinkle lights that can be particularly enjoyed in the spring and fall!

Just 4 minutes to SVU and 12 minutes to VMI and W&L it is easy access to whichever campus you need. The house is also 12 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and on the edge of the Washington National Forest.There are many trails here (some even just across the street) so if you come to hike, you are in the right place!

Come back from sightseeing or from a hike and relax in the hammock, 6 person hot tub, or by fire pit.

Direct access to one of the prettiest stretches of river in Virginia, canoes provided! Three king beds each with its own shower. A common refrain we hear is that walking into this home “feels like you’re stepping into a magazine”. Great for families with older kids or one to three couples visiting the area or making it a destination itself!
