"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

Harborview Escape Downtown Belfast

Enjoy a bright, sun-filled, stylish experience at this centrally-located 2nd floor apartment. This open concept, king bed studio apartment is perfect for a couple or a solo experience. (The bedroom space is defined but does not have a door.) Spacious and cozy with a well-appointed kitchen and washer/dryer. Lots of restaurants & shops nearby with a superb coffee bar downstairs. Birch Hill Cabin is set on the side of a hill, surrounded by almost 8 acres of woods. The cabin is 288 square feet, and the bathroom is detached and located approximately 20 feet from the cabin. A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!

Single floor living at its finest. Conveniently located to both Camden and Rockland, enjoy this 3 bdrm 1.5 bath home in a great country setting. Just 1/2 mile to route 1 and very close to the ocean. Come enjoy the large back deck over looking the peaceful maine woods. The front door in about 50’ from the road, which can be busy at certain time of the day. There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.

This is a spacious 1000 sq. ft. apartment in my childhood home that has been renovated in Spring 2020 with a modern coastal theme and well appointed with vintage items. We have a well stocked kitchen, cozy dining/living room with a 43" Roku TV, and full laundry. Try a pastry from the professional baker across the road, take a walk down the street to Crockett's Beach, or go for a stroll in downtown Rockland. Remote check-in available.

Owls Head Oceanview Cottage Cedar Hot Tub/Sauna

This ocean view cottage on the side of Mt Battie has a master suite with a private bathroom and a wood burning fireplace, a living room with a queen sofa bed and another wood burning fireplace, sauna, a large 6 ft wide Maine Cedar hot tub off the back deck. Hiking trails to Mt Battie summit and the rest of Camden Hills State park are accessible from our parking lot.
