Welcome into the perfect lake condo! This is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo right on the main channel of Lake Hamilton off Airport Rd. This condo has just received new updates and has such an amazing view that makes this place feel dreamy! The top patio of this cottage like condo is shared with the 'B' unit. There is a separate patio area down stairs right on the water. With new features, amazing view, lake access, boat slip, and a desirable location, come enjoy an easy getaway at Kleinshores 10A!

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Located just off of Hwy 70 (Airport Rd), it's just minutes from Lake Hamilton and only about 5 miles from Oaklawn Casino and Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Contact the host before booking if bringing a pet. Only one small pet (15lbs or less) allowed. There is a $20 pet fee (no exceptions). There absolutely NO smoking allowed in the guest suite. ($200 fine for smoking in guest suite)
