Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Enjoy lake views in the winter and forest views in Summer from the patio where you hear the boats nearby and enjoy a fire pit and patio seating. Laundry machine available in unit if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails. Oz bike park is 17 mins. Quiet cul-de-sac location.

The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. Enjoy the peace of nature and the convenience of town when you stay in this beautiful tiny home in the woods. This gem is paradise — convenient to Beaver Lake and downtown Rogers with a king size bed, standup shower, TV, WiFi, cozy reading loft, and huge outdoor deck, hammock, hot sauna, gas BBQ and fire pit in the woods. Spotless amenities and thoughtful touches at every turn create a homey, relaxing environment. The home is on our 17 acre property and you will have ample privacy.

Coler Cottage

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.
