In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Dankzij de nabijheid van diverse wandel-en fietsroutes is deze accommodatie de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor gezinnen en sportliefhebbers. Het appartement dat zich op de eerste verdieping bevindt en een eigen toegang heeft beschikt over een mezzanine, een terras met een fantastisch uitzicht, een goed uitgeruste keuken en twee eigen en beveiligde parkeerplaatsen.

Profitez de la nature qui règne autour de notre petit coin de paradis, situé à quelques pas du village d' Horrues... Visitez le parc Pairi Daiza tout proche (18min), sillonnez notre belle campagne à pied ou à vélo, admirez les châteaux des villages avoisinants. Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Gezellig huisje met zwembad en sauna

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze stijlvolle guesthouse (Bellezelles genaamd), gelegen in het landelijke dorpje Ellezelles. Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Pays Des Collines en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en fietsers. Het huisje en zwembad bevinden zich in onze tuin, met zicht op de heuvels en onze boerderijdieren. Het zwembad is verwarmd tijdens het seizoen (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden van juni tot september). Buiten het seizoen is het zwembad toegankelijk voor de ijsberen!

Lichtrijke woning aan het Muziekbos

Onze ruime woning met elektrisch oplaadpunt is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelaars en fietsers die de Vlaamse Ardennen willen ontdekken. Ook families en vriendengroepen kunnen hier perfect terecht. In de afgesloten tuin met overdekt terras staan picknicktafels en tuinmeubels. Bij het huis is ook een garage met barbecue en fietsenrek. Via het wandelpad vlakbij sta je meteen in het Muziekbos. Als je geluk hebt, kan je 's ochtends of 's avonds hertjes spotten in de weiden naast het bos!

Petite Maison privée sur 2 étages, le Rez de chaussée est composé d’ une grande pièce ouverte avec coin cuisine (entièrement équipée) coin salle à manger et coin salon. L’étage est également une grande pièce avec coin salle de bains, dressing et lit de 2 personnes (180 x 200) et une toilette avec porte battante. La maison est située dans une propriété sécurisée, avec parking, un petit jardin privé à l'avant de la maison. Le village est calme à proximité de Tournai, Courtrai et Lille.

Kom even tot rust tussen de wilde bloemen op de gedeelde binnenkoer. Warm je op rond het haardvuur of duik na een dag stappen of fietsen in de ecologische zwemvijver met sauna. In de weide achteraan heb je een eigen plek met vuurput. Dit alles op de flanken van de heuvels van de Vlaamse Ardennen. Ideaal voor even met twee!
