Walk to wineries from an atmospheric old stone house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy a house featuring a tasteful blend of original details and modern architectural features. Wake up to rooftop views, then take a sunny stroll to the picturesque 11th-century church and medieval castle, or venture further to walk the tracks amongst the vineyards. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. totally beautiful and authentic, this 2 bed/4 people ( 2 adults 2 children ) cottage is in the grounds of the Chateau .This cottage has a double bedroom and 2 full sized singles for children The cottage is not for 4 adults We have 3 cottages listed . All completely separate but share a salon and kitchen in the main Chateau . We share the pool and gardens . The Chateau is in the old part of the picturesque village of St Victor la Coste, walking distance to shops and restaurant in the square.

Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Château Neuf du Pape vous permettra de passer un agréable moment de détente.

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

Adjacent to the old Provençal farmhouse of our estate, we offer for rent a recently renovated annex. Our domain (in organic agriculture) and the gite are located in the heart of the vineyards of Roquemaure in the Lirac appellation and very close to Avignon and the A9 freeway exit. It is a farm gite with dogs, cats and chickens, the exteriors may be rustic but the gite offers all modern comforts and shared access to the pool with us (June to September).

Son large auvent offre la possibilité de vivre à l'extérieur à l'abri du soleil et du vent (mistral). Proche du centre historique, du marché local et des commerces (à pied), elle est parfaitement équipée pour le télétravail (Fibre haut débit)
