Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Nice outdoor areas, a shared pool (not heated) for guests to use June-September. Hot tub NOT for guest use. NOTE: Street parking. Only ONE car allowed We hope you choose to stay with us. GUEST ACCESS Guest has access to the apartment with Wi-Fi and free onsite designated parking. Unit also comes with a pullout sofa for an extra bed for comfort. No Smoking of any kind. Come and relax at “The Double MK Ranch” overlooking the vineyard of Dono Dal Cielo. Centrally located between I-80 and Hwy 65 and set within Placer County wine trail. We have two spaces (same price) just specify which room you want to stay in. Our Romantic Suite is attached to the Theater Game Room which is EXCLUSIVE to the Suite. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room

Charming home in the heart of Roseville! Enjoy the cozy family room with gas fireplace, Smart TV to stream your favorite shows, & a pull-out sofa that can sleep 2. The primary suite features a king bed & another Smart TV. The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds. Expansive backyard featuring a free-form pool (pool is not heated) & gas grill for your grilling pleasure. The kitchen has all the basics + K cups for the Keurig. Just a short walk to the park and ½ mile to historic Roseville.
