The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

grazzioso monolocale, ristrutturato recentemente, totalmente rimesso a nuovo, arredamento e altro tutto nuovo, siamo a due passi da Piazza Liberta e dalla Cattedrale San Giovanni Battista, a 30 minuti circa da Ibla (a piedi) nelle strade adiacenti la struttura si puo' posteggiare gratuitamente, vicino ci sono negozi, bar, supermercati, tabacchi ecc. fermate di autobus per andare a visitare i luoghi di montalbano, Punta Secca, Modica, Scicli, Ispica, Castello Donnafugata.

La camera "U mari" è ampia e luminosa, può essere prenotata come matrimoniale o doppia, con la possibilità di disporre un letto aggiuntivo e sempre su richiesta, una culla per neonato. La camera "I pupi" è raccolta e confortevole ed ha in dotazione un letto matrimoniale.

Casa formica si trova a 20 metri da Corso Vittorio Emanuele, proprio nel centro storico di Noto,ristrutturata da poco tempo puo' ospitare un massimo di 4 persone,vi sono due camere da letto ed un divano letto ,un bagno in comune, box doccia e lavabiancheria,angolo cottura con fornelli a gas e forno ,gli animali domestici sono ben accetti.
