The Cabin at Lake Tarawera is a gorgeous retreat overlooking the lake and volcano. Designed for two, it features a king bed, bathroom, and a covered deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Inside, you'll find a little fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and other essentials. Nestled in a stunning location, it’s just moments from the Black Barn wedding venue, boat launches, a swimming beach, and the scenic lake path. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding in nature’s beauty.

Atas Country Cottage

Atas Country cottage (Next to Atas bnb) is a unit that overlooks Lake Rotorua and the city lights. We are 15 minutes from town. You may be charmed by the open country, horses, some farm animals and a nice walk to the lake. Ideally only suited for two people, a small child could also stay ( In cot or sofa couch). We provide some food basics otherwise its a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. We are happy to host you and will provide you with a comfortable, private stay.

Shepherds cabin is a charming retreat nestled in rural Atiamuri, a perfect base for exploring the wonders of Lake Taupo and Rotorua. Outdoor enthusiasts will find a haven for hiking, hunting and mountain biking. Water lovers can enjoy the lakes nearby including Lake Ohakuri just 5min drive down the road! Situated on our 15 acre lifestyle block. Visitors can explore the farm, hike up the hill for a breathtaking view at sunset and interact with our friendly animals.

Sparrow Hut

This off-grid and self-build hut, unreachable by car, is set in a quiet, idyllic, rural landscape, overlooking rolling farmland with no another property in sight. It is situated in the middle of our 120 acre cattle farm. Solar power,a walk across rolling farmland, and a STEEP AND UNEVEN 10 MINUTE HIKE UPHILL to get to the hut, offer an authentic off-grid experience. We recommend only bringing up the bare necessities. Get your boots on and explore!

Tranquill Country Retreat in Rotorua City

Country living within city limits overlooking a small pond with views toward Mt Ngongotaha and the hills around Rotorua. This property is NOT suitable for children. It has a kitchenette, with a fridge, small gas hob and microwave, a bedroom and ensuite. The small living area opens fully on to a substantial covered deck, doubling your living space. The property is down a long ROW, tucked in behind some fruit trees and overlooking a small pond.

Garden Studio

A little hideaway, surrounded by gardens and free ranging chickens, overlooking the native trees with Ngongataha stream running through them. This is a detached self contained studio unit best suited to couples wanting some reasonably quite space to recover from and prepare for the abundant exciting activities offered in Rotorua. Minimal cooking facilities include, microwave,toaster, jug, sandwich maker and fridge/freezer.

Redwood Bivvy

Our newly built cabin is perfectly located for adventurers wanting to explore the redwood forest and lakes or is a peaceful space for those looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.

A private space to get away

Sit back and relax in this rustically styled studio cabin. Well placed and within walking distance to the local laundromat, chemist, dairy and supermarket. A short 5 minute drive will have you arrive at the Redwoods for walking or mountain biking or 10 minute drive to the central city. 20 minutes drive to picnic and swim at one of the many beautiful lakes in our area.
