Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.
