Garden provided with barbecue set. The studio is situated at the back of the house, very peaceful and away from the street. Furry friends are welcome. The nearest beach is at 750m distance (less than 10 min walk). Supermarket, various restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, public laundry all situated within short walking distance.

Het ligt net iets ten noorden van het vliegveld met een groot winkelcentrum binnen 2 kilometer. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen voordeur en toegang tot de tuin. In de tuin aan de zijkant van het huis is ook het zwembad. elke woning heeft z'n eigen patio en zitruimte.
