The home has been carefully designed to create harmony with the surrounding landscape through natural finishes, neutral tones, and tasteful decor. Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. Casa ubicada en una tranquila zona residencial a 20km de Barcelona (Urb- Fontpineda). Ideal para pasar unos días en familia con niños, ya que dispone de columpios, tobogán, ping-pong y piscina cubierta(semiclimatizada). La casa consta de 4 habitaciones, dos baños y cocina y comedor espaciosos. Varias terrazas y/o espacios con mesas,sillas y sofá en jardin. A 20metros de la casa se encuentra un parque infantil, un campo de fútbol y basket. La casa es ideal para un máximo de 4 adultos y dos niños.

Beautiful 15th century villa on 30 acre estate

Renovated 15th century farm house, Can Bernadas, Alella, is an idyllic spot. A short walking distance to town centre and 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The 30 acre estate has 3 swimming pools using natural mineral water from the mountains, orange groves, our own lake and direct access to the national park. Our studio is a charming duplex with on the groundfloor are 1 beds (up 2)) furnished with table and chairs. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, TV, wardrove and refrigerator. We are happy to provide aur guests with a baby bed -upon request. These is also a private bathroom with a large rain shower. The price is based on a 2-person stay.
