The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Talvella huollettu latu kulkee jäällä liittyen isoon latuverkostoon ja jään yli pääsee kävellen lähimmälle hissille. Parvi ja alakerta antavat käyttöön suuret parisängyt ja olohuoneen vuodesohva lisää tilaa perheille ja pienille ryhmille. Sauna, pyykinpesukone ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö helpottavat majoittumista ulkoilun jälkeen.
