Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

The Bears Lair

Welcome to The Bears Lair located in The Waterville Valley Estates! Your stay includes 2 passes to the Waterville Estates Community Center with hot tubs, saunas, pools, bars, and restaurants. Explore the local Campton Mountain for night skiing and sledding. Just 10 minutes to Waterville Ski Resort, 20 to Loon Mountain, 30 to Cannon Mountain, 25 to Squam Lake, and 35 to Lake Winnipesaukee. Owl-Pine Ski Lodge: Rustic Cabin w/Hot Tub

Newly renovated, rustic Ski Club, with open concept main floor, built-in memory foam beds, new kitchen, wood fireplace, hot tub, fire pit, porch, and more. Woodsy setting, yet less than 5 minutes to award-winning North Conway village, Diana's Baths, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, Saco River, sleigh & horse back riding at the farm, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, golf, shopping outlets, etc. Number of guests limited to 7 guests, unless they are families. Can host up to 14 guests if families.

Cozy Townhouse: Bretton Woods Mt. Washington Place

In the Mount Washington Resort (Bretton Woods) and near Cannon Mountain. Inviting four-season end-unit town home with warm ambiance, all the comforts you need, and great views. A mountain vacation getaway at a great value. Modern kitchen, comfortable dining and living room with fireplace. Four bedrooms, three floors, each with private bathroom (three full, one with shower). Large entertainment / recreation room for the family, outside deck with seating to enjoy the wildlife and a grill.

This location is a great home base for your outdoor activities. When you return from your day of fun warm up by the wood burning fireplace. This charming home and its location will not disappoint!

Cozy Log cabin 0.2 miles from Lake Fairlee! This year-round cabin is a cozy getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Just two hours north of Boston, and 30 minutes from Dartmouth, Lebanon, and the White River Junction. Additional amenities: -Clawfoot tub -Outdoor firepit -40 acres of land for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, etc. -dog only friendly for a $40 additional fee -**as of 2/1/23 new oven and dishwasher :)
