One-bedroom cabin, one double bed, for those who want tranquility. Parking at the main house and then a short walk downhill, then a level rocky trail to the cabin, which is located at a stream and waterfalls. There is a composting toilet, electricity and water. Wifi at main house, on deck, 5 mins walk. Wood burner in cabin, and propane stove in outside kitchen. A stand pipe (potable) or water from nearby stream (non-potable). There is a deck overlooking the stream with a picnic table.

During the winter, ski down to the Sunrise Village lift, and ski off again straight to the condo. Enjoy streaming over the gigabit wifi while while the kids play.

Great hiking is close by in the Green Mountain National Forest and there is lots to explore in neighboring Manchester and Dorset. Access the extensive Slate Valley trail system by bike, or drive a short distance to any of the many trailheads. A short drive or paddle lands you at Lake St. Catherine state park, where you can hike, mountain bike, or explore the new disc golf course. You can also enjoy a very scenic game of golf at the Lake St. Catherine Country club, just 1.5 miles down the road.
