This romantic & family friendly lakefront chalet comes with a private beach, hot tub, camp fire, and stunning views. It’s a serene home base to explore everything the Lakes Region has to offer. Mid Apr-Oct we also provide kayaks and paddle board. Enjoy the beach, swim, kayak, bike, fish, hike, or explore quintessential New England towns and food scene. Located at the Island Section of the beach steps from the ocean and a short walk to the Boardwalk. It is a 2-bedroom cottage for a maximum of 4 guests with 2 parking spaces. Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. There is NO smoking, NO pets and quiet time is from 11pm - 7am We prefer to rent to families and older adults. Contactless Check-In Year Round Availability

During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is only about a mile away. Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and full-size pull-out sofa.
